Cork City Marathon 2026

The Cork City Marathon follows an overall flat, single-loop paved course starting on St. Patrick’s Street, heading north toward the Lee Tunnel. After emerging from the tunnel, the route travels through Mahon and Blackrock along the scenic Marina and the old railway line path. Runners then navigate the southern suburbs, passing The Lough and University College Cork before heading west toward the Model Farm Road. The final stretch follows the Carrigrohane Road and the North Quay, returning to the city center for a grandstand finish back on St. Patrick’s Street.
