Carlow Town

The Carlow Town parkrun begins on the Barrow Track, conveniently located opposite the Carlow Town Park on the banks of the River Barrow. This 5k route follows a scenic out-and-back path along the historic river track, offering participants peaceful views of the water and surrounding greenery.
