River Valley

The River Valley parkrun begins at the River Valley view entrance and concludes near the all-weather pitches within the scenic River Valley Park, Swords. This engaging two-lap course guides participants down an initial descent before following a tranquil path along the banks of the Ward River. Runners navigate a route that passes local landmarks such as the GAA and soccer pitches and winds through beautiful forested sections. The terrain is run on a mixture of permanent tarmac and gravel paths, offering a reliable and consistent surface throughout the event.
