Emo Forest Run 10k 2026

The Emo Forest Run 10k follows a single-loop mixed-terrain route starting and finishing in Emo Village, Co. Laois. While the 5k stays within the estate, the 10k travels along quiet country roads and forest paths that cut through the scenic Emo Forest. The terrain incorporates the natural rolling undulations of the landscape while bordering the Emo Court estate. Runners navigate sheltered woodland stretches before returning to the village for a finish near the community center.
