Avondale Forest

The Avondale Forest parkrun begins and ends near the historic Avondale House and the Pavilion in the heart of the forest park. The 5k course consists of one small lap followed by one larger anticlockwise loop through the stunning woodland scenery. Runners pass local highlights including the impressive Treetop Walk & Viewing Tower, the expansive Great Ride, and the peaceful walled gardens. The terrain is comprised of well-maintained gravel trail paths that feature a series of rolling hills, offering a scenic and engaging challenge.
