Oranmore

The Oranmore parkrun begins at the monument near the forest entrance and finishes in the shadow of the historic Rinville Castle within the scenic Rinville Park. This engaging 5k course consists of two laps that guide participants through a tranquil canopy of mature woods and along the picturesque shoreline of Galway Bay. Runners navigate a varied route that passes local landmarks such as the park’s vibrant playground and the ancient castle ruins. While the route features beautifully undulating sections and a notable hill, it is celebrated for its stunning coastal views and the welcoming community atmosphere at the finish line.
