Regent Flooring Run the Runways 10k 2026

The Regent Flooring Run the Runways 10k is hosted by Scrabo Striders and takes place on the runways of Newtownards Airport in County Down. The course consists of two laps of the airport's three runways, offering a uniquely flat and fast circuit in a memorable setting. The route is fully tarmac and officially measured by Athletics NI, with chip timing provided by ChampionChip Ireland. A Kids 2k race precedes the main events. The completely flat and exposed course makes it well suited for those chasing a personal best. The event forms part of a popular local race series and a medal is awarded to all finishers. A warm-up takes place before the start and spectators are welcome at the venue.
