Clones Credit Union 5k 2026

The Clones Credit Union 5k Road Race is organised by Clones Athletics Club in County Monaghan, with title sponsorship from Clones Credit Union. The race takes place in and around the town of Clones, a historic market town in the west of Monaghan situated near the Fermanagh border. The course follows public roads in the Clones area on a chip-timed, Athletics Ireland permitted route. Clones town is set on slightly elevated ground with gently undulating terrain typical of the south Ulster drumlin landscape. The event is open to runners of all abilities and forms part of the summer road racing calendar in Ulster.
