Sarsfields GAA 5k 2026

The Sarsfields GAA 5k is a chip-timed road race organised by Sarsfields GAA Club in Newbridge, Co Kildare. Starting and finishing at Sarsfields GAA Hall, the course takes runners on a route through the roads in and around Newbridge town. The course is flat and fast on tarmac roads, making it well suited to all levels of runner from competitive athletes to first-time participants. A medal is awarded to every finisher, and prizes are presented to the overall male and female winners. A 2km family event for walkers and runners of all abilities also takes place on the day, with registration available on the morning. The race is part of an annual fundraising initiative for the club.
