Wexford Festival of Running 100k 2026

The Wexford Festival of Running 100k is the flagship distance of this IAU Bronze-labelled ultra event, taking place on a certified 1.3km loop course within the grounds of Johnstown Castle, Co. Wexford. Organised by the Wexford Marathon Club, the route circles the ornamental lake and mature gardens of the 19th-century castle on a flat tarmac surface. Runners complete multiple laps of the enclosed, fully marshalled loop throughout the day, with aid stations accessible on every circuit. The looped format ensures consistent support and a strong event atmosphere. The 100k begins at 7am with all four distances — 100k, 50k, 25k and 10k — finishing by 7pm. Time limits apply and chip timing is in operation.
