Galway 5km Series Tuam 2026

The Galway 5km Series is one of Ireland's longest-running club road race programmes, now in its 20th year. The Tuam leg — Race 5 of 6 in the 2026 series — takes place on a Tuesday evening in and around the market town of Tuam in north County Galway. The course follows local roads in the area, providing a fast and well-marshalled evening race experience. Organised by the Galway County Athletics Board in partnership with local clubs, the series runs over six consecutive Tuesday nights across different County Galway locations. All proceeds fund juvenile and adult athletics in Galway. One race number covers the full series, and a souvenir T-shirt is awarded to those who complete all six legs.
